Jessica Chipman • April 23, 2026
At Aesthetic Nurse Software, we’re proud to support practitioners who combine clinical expertise with a thoughtful, patient-led approach to aesthetics.
In this Practitioner Spotlight, we showcase Anna Glasgow, Registered Nurse and Director of Sublime 571 Appearance Clinic in Auckland, New Zealand – and one of the first practitioners to adopt Aesthetic Nurse Software in New Zealand!
From Nursing to Aesthetics
Anna brings over 20 years of nursing experience into her work, transitioning into aesthetics several years ago to make it her primary focus.
“I’ve always been drawn to the combination of clinical skill and artistry,”
She explains.
“Aesthetics allows you to build trust with clients and deliver subtle, confidence-boosting results.”
Today, Anna works full-time across both her clinic and her role within Cosmetic Nurses Consultancy, where she supports nurses in maintaining safe, compliant, and professional practice – something which is paramount to us here at ANS.
A Boutique, Personalised Clinic Experience
Sublime 571 is a boutique clinic set in a private, rural location, offering a calm and highly personal environment for clients.
As a solo practitioner, Anna provides a one-to-one experience, allowing her to focus on education, long-term relationships, and tailored treatment plans.
“It’s about creating a space where clients feel comfortable, informed, and supported over time.”
Natural Results and Specialised Treatments
Anna is best known for delivering natural-looking results across a range of treatments, including injectables, skin treatments, and cosmetic tattooing, with a particular focus on lip blush.
Her approach centres on enhancing natural features while maintaining a result that feels authentic to each client.
“The goal is always to support confidence in a way that still feels like you.”
Navigating the Challenges of Clinic Ownership
Like many practitioners, Anna highlights that one of the biggest challenges has been balancing clinical work with the operational side of running a business.
Ensuring that systems, compliance, and client experience all align requires ongoing attention – particularly as a solo practitioner managing every aspect of the clinic.
Why Aesthetic Nurse Software?
When looking for a software solution, Anna wanted something designed specifically for the needs of aesthetic practitioners.
“I needed a system that supported proper documentation, consent, and treatment tracking – not just a generic clinic software.”
Supporting Clinical Practice with ANS
Since implementing Aesthetic Nurse Software, Anna has streamlined her daily workflow across the clinic.
“ANS has made everything more efficient, from client records to treatment documentation, which allows me to focus more on my clients.”
Key features such as client records, consent forms, and photo tracking play an important role in maintaining both clinical safety and compliance.
Enhancing Client Experience and Growth
For Anna, having a structured and professional system in place has helped strengthen the overall client experience.
“It builds trust and consistency in care, which naturally supports retention and growth.”
The addition of online booking has also made it easier for clients to access appointments, improving convenience while supporting a smoother clinic journey.
Advice for Other Practitioners
Anna’s advice to practitioners considering ANS reflects her own experience:
“It’s a platform built with aesthetics in mind. The team is responsive, and the system continues to evolve based on what practitioners actually need.”
Looking Ahead
With a strong clinical background, a clear focus on natural results, and a commitment to long-term client relationships, Anna continues to grow Sublime 571 as a trusted, boutique clinic.
Her approach highlights the importance of combining clinical expertise, personalised care, and the right systems to support both practitioner and patient – every step of the way.
