Natalie is an aesthetic nurse practitioner with a passion for natural, confidence-boosting results and a clinic that feels as personal as the care she provides.
With four years in the aesthetics industry and a growing client base of around 1,000 patients, Natalie’s journey is a powerful example of how thoughtful growth, strong patient relationships, and the right systems can transform a business.
From NHS to Full-Time Aesthetics
Natalie began her aesthetics career alongside her NHS role, balancing both for two years before making the leap into full-time practice. Two years on, she hasn’t looked back.
“I’ve been in aesthetics for four years now. I did it alongside my NHS role at first, then left two years ago and went full time.”
Since speaking with Natalie last year, she has taken on two new team members and is no longer a solo practitioner. She now works alongside a full time facialist and a part time aesthetic nurse, completing the Naturally Flawless Aesthetics trio.

Opening Her Own Clinic
One of Natalie’s biggest milestones came at the end of 2024: opening her own clinic in the picturesque village of Duffield, Derbyshire.
