Am I tied into a contract?

– No, it’s a simple monthly rolling subscription and you’re free to cancel at any time.

Can I use it on any device?

– Yes, ANS is web-based software meaning you can use it on your tablet, mobile, laptop or desktop. There’s no extra cost for using multiple devices.

Can I import my existing patient details?

– Yes, we will help you to import your existing patient data into ANS. This is completely free of charge.

What happens if I want to cancel?

– If you decided to leave ANS, we would cancel your subscription payments and you can export your data. You would also have read-only access to your completed records.

Can I add my own consent forms?

– Yes, we offer a completely free service to make sure you have all the forms you need. If you have your own forms – or need one that’s not in our database, let us know and we’ll add them for you.

Can I add multiple practitioners?

– Yes, you can add all of your practitioners onto the software at no extra cost. You can also set up additional logins for each person.

How much does it cost?

– ANS starts at just £20 + VAT per month for up to 150 clients. Find out more.

Is the online booking included?

– Yes, our online booking feature is included in your monthly cost. Seamlessly linking your bookings and patient records, making your business available 24/7.

Is there support to get started?

– Yes. Support is our specialty, whether you’re just joining or have been with us a while, we’re always on hand. Our helpful team is just at the end of the phone or an email. You also have access to our tutorial videos and can book a one-to-one support call. We’re here to help.
