No, it’s a simple monthly rolling subscription and you’re free to cancel at any time.

Can I use it on any device?

Yes, ANS is web-based software meaning you can use it on your tablet, mobile, laptop or desktop. There’s no extra cost for using multiple devices.

Can I import my existing patient details?

Yes, we will help you to import your existing patient data into ANS. This is completely free of charge.

What happens if I want to cancel?

If you decided to leave ANS, we would cancel your subscription payments and you can export your data. You would also have read-only access to your completed records.

Can I add my own consent forms?

Yes, we offer a completely free service to make sure you have all the forms you need. If you have your own forms, or need one that’s not in our database, let us know and we’ll add them for you.

Can I add multiple practitioners?

Yes, you can add all of your practitioners onto the software *charges apply. You can also set up additional logins for each person or admin staff free of charge.

Is the online booking included?

Yes, our online booking feature is included in your monthly cost. Seamlessly linking your bookings and patient records, making your business available 24/7.

Is there support to get started?

Yes. Support is our specialty, whether you’re just joining or have been with us a while, we’re always on hand. Our helpful team is just at the end of the phone or an email. You also have access to our tutorial videos and can book a one-to-one support call. We’re here to help.
